A sweet blend of estate grapes result in an aromatic floral bouquet and luscious, round mouthfeel.
Riesling provides the majority of flavors and structure, with Pinot Grigio adding a fruity character, Auxerrois balances and softens, while Gewurztraminer adds a floral note. The varieties were fermented separately and blended to allow them to each bring their character to the overall blend. All fermentations were in stainless steel tanks.
